Lets Do it Step by Step:

1. Download UPDATE.DAT File for the software to use

2. Make sure all your media players ( vlc, gom, tvc, winamp, etc..)
such as nero burner if you have will be uninstalled first before
extracting the downloaded UPDATE.DAT File

3. Make sure your cellpone battery is more than 50% before starting this procedures

4. Format your microSD card on the phone so it will create its own system file

5. Remove microSD card from the phone 

6. Insert your  microSD card in card reader and plug it into your computer then copy the downloaded UPDATE.DAT File extractedon the root directory of the microSD card

7. Insert the microSD card back into the phone then power on. (make sure your battery is fully charged or it must be more than 50%)

8. Power ON the phone and go to menu and tap SETTINGS

9. Tap ABOUT PHONE

10. Tap MAJOR UPDATES

11. Tap UPDATE NOW

12. Tap UPDATE by SD CARD

13. MAJOR UPDATE Prompts, Tap OK

14. The system will reboot and it takes minutes to update. 2x to reboot just dont do anything and wait 

15. After updating and powered on, power off the phone, remove the battery and put non-accepted network sim and check :D 

DONE :D :D :D

( Make sure that all MEDIA PLAYERS installed in your computer has been UNINSTALLED before extracting the UPDATE.DAT File... UPDATE.DAT File will not be recognize by the phone if it is not in that file name...) credits goes to one of my idol.... VERTZ
