How to hard reset:
Warning! All data will lost!
1.Power off phone
2.Press together volume up + volume down + power button
3.Wait untill appears "recovery mode" and then android logo
4.Press home button
5.Select with volume buttons "wipe data"
6.Press long "power" button
7.Select "yes"
8.Press long power button
9.Wait untill format ends
10.Press "reboot"
