Hello, today I will present how to reset your Alcatel One Touch Pop C3 4033X.This process can be used if you have problems with the phone software.Warning!!! Will erase all data from phone memory.
First step is to power off your phone.
Press together volume up button and power key to enter in recovery menu until you'll see on screen
Alcatel logo,then release your fingers from the phone.
Browse with volume keys and select "wipe data/factory reset" and the press power key to confirm.
Browse with volume keys and select "yes-delete all user data" and then press power key to confirm.
Wait until format ends then press power key to confirm "reboot-system now".
Wait until the phone restarts.
