Reset procedure is a bit different from the usual models with Android because it is a phone with Windows Mobile installed.
Use this method if your phone has software issues and can not access the phone menu.
First step is to power off the phone.
Press together volume up button + camera button + power button.
Press volume down to select "yes" then press camera button to confirm this.
Press again volume down to select "yes" then press camera button to confirm reset.
Wait until the phone restarts,
